We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use NovaVault:

• Collection data: Items you add to your collection, including titles, artists, prices, images, and notes

• To store and display your collection data
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)

Data Security

Your collection data is protected with bank-level encryption and stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with Row Level Security policies. Only you can access your data. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data or collection information to third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can export your collection data at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personal data is shared with advertising networks.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Export your collection data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
