Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NovaVault ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

NovaVault is a web-based collection management platform that allows users to catalog, track, and manage their private collections. Features include adding items with metadata, tracking purchase history and values, managing collection status, and viewing collection statistics.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use NovaVault, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data and content you add to NovaVault, including collection items, images, and notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The NovaVault platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of NovaVault may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

NovaVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or collection valuations.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of NovaVault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
